Purchasing and Ordering
When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping cart will appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping cart. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

You will have a chance to verify the information at checkout and, if no change is necessary, you may "Proceed to Checkout". You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received with an order number pertaining to your purchase.

Express Checkout Process
Register with us and you can store your payment, billing and shipping information on our secure server, so you won't have to type them in every time you check out.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
We strive to make every piece of information as accurately as we could. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment made. If payment was made and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.

Limits and Taxes
Our merchandise is not authorized for re-sale, so in order to enforce this policy, online purchases are limited to ten (10) items per style, per customer. All taxes, where required, are solely the responsibility of the purchaser and we will not be obliged to entertain any tax request.
Shipping and Delivery
FREE Shipping For All Purchases
FREE shipping for all purchases is valid for all online purchases. Our free shipping offer is based on the regular postage service and does not include a tracking facility. Regrettably, we do not bear responsibility for any missing packages via this service.
However, if you prefer the purchase to be shipped with tracking service, email us at email@example.com to check on the rates and delivery schedule.
Orders are processed once payment is made. For estimated delivery window, you may refer to our preferred shipping carrier for information.
Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: SingPost and DHL.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours on business days after payment of the product has been received at our end.
Order Status and Tracking
You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:

Change in Your Order Status
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, we'll refund you the amount to you in your original form of payment.

Refund Of Defective Products
No Refund Policy
We do not accept any refund, return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturer defect. We may request for you to return the item within 30 days of your purchase upon receipt of our acceptance of your refund request.
Procedure to request for a refund
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a refund along with pictures of the defective product. We will assess all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to refuse a refund at our discretion.
